The home was well-kept, well-lived in and well-loved. Like all of us, the homeowners decorated their home to suit their unique style and they had lived there happily for over a dozen years. The home was somewhat modest, certainly not a million dollar showcase home.

Not only did the homeowners receive multiple offers within 24 hours of the Open House, the offer they accepted was above their initial list price.
